Launching on-demand seminars

Clarke College Insight’s first online seminar is live! The class covers how much high school curriculum and GPA matter in admissions, why colleges care so much about them, and how your child can earn a transcript that will appeal to colleges.

The first course is available here. In addition to that first class on academics, I’m working on the classes on extracurriculars and standardized tests.

Those three topics—academics, extracurriculars, and standardized tests—are the elements of the application that require the most lead-time management. These courses help families with kids in eighth or ninth grade make decisions now that will make colleges greedy for those kids in a few years.

As always, I welcome your feedback about the online course model, prices, this Substack, anything!
